AFT Mechanical is a signatory contractor with both SMART (Sheet Metal, Air, Rail, Transportation) Local 112 and Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 81, giving us virtually unlimited manpower at any given time. The 4-year Sheet Metal and 5-year Plumbers and Steamfitters apprenticeship requirements not only include rigorous instruction in their respective trade but also safety training, OSHA certifications and welding certifications. This coupled with on the job training from our qualified journeyman results in a highly skilled workforce.
